• Lumpiang Shanghai (Filipino egg rolls filled with ground pork, carrots, red onions, scallions) at Lumpiang Toge (Filipino egg rolls filled with sweet potatoes, bean sprouts, cabbage, green beans)

• Pancit Bihon (rice noodles, pork, chicken, shrimp, vegetables)

• Kare Kare (stewed oxtail and tripe in a rich peanut sauce)

• Lechon Kawali (deep fried, crispy pork belly)

• Kalderetang baka (beef stew)

• Peach Mango Pie (fried hand pies)
